Sky Trooper is a vertical scrolling arcade shooter which features an interactive pilot seat. The seat moves as the player steers with as special chopper inspired yoke control. The pilot controls provide vibration feedback when weapons are fired, which makes for a truly immersive experience. Gameplay involves piloting a heavily armed attack helicopter and using a number of upgradeable and unlockable weapons to outgun your way through the multiple ground, sea and air enemies in order to save the world from a formidabble terror force. A variety of weapons are at your disposal in your chopper's arsenal, including homing missiles, machine guns, energy cannons and special weapons such as ground bombs.
